                    Hi, I have forgotten to mention this for so long but it can be very frustrating. When I use my phone to log miles (which I typically do), it has caused me so much frustration when I’m scrolling thru the list in a hurry to select the name of my activity and I think I tap on it to choose it but my finger is a little off and it highlights the activity just above or below the correct one. Should be no problem- just tap the right one that you can see right there - but you can’t, you have to go back to the beginning of the list to correct it. 🙃🙃🙃🙃 Can this be changed to allow you to change to another chosen activity line without going back to the first of the list? 😊Thanks so much if you can change that! 👍🏻

                    Team@racery.com I’ve been struggling to upload entries with a photo. Only one with photos worked out of 9 attempts.

                    I just get the rotating dots when trying to submit an entry.
                    Hi @GreenThumbs We found and fixed an isolated issue affecting photo submissions that occurred yesterday, 1/17, overnight. We apologize for the brief interruption in service. Please write team@racery.com if you need help backdating any logs with photos. You should now be able to log miles with photos again.

We are not aware of any issues affecting activity logs currently.

She tells me she signed up and joined my team but she is not listed among the athletes. Can you tell us what happened as we are anxious for her to be present racing with us. Thanks greatly.

                      Race with four friends in 2025 through a French Odyssey. Do the full 1,532 miles, or multiple loops. Individual avatars will appear on the route, but there will also be extra competition in a leaderboard of teams of five. Captains, you'll race for free when your team fills! All kinds of exercise welcome, converted into route miles by Racery! Street Views will be sparser but more beautiful this year!

                      New to Racery?

                      Exercise anywhere you want. Then log the activity and see your avatar move across the route. Catch a Google Street View of the new virtual locale, then cheer your real fellow racers! Share your bib on social media! Brag about your streaks or longest mileage!

                      We've got racers all over the globe! So to keep everyone on the same page, we've come up with some handy guidelines:


                      1. Watch this video of Racery pro tips.

                      2. Complete your bio. Include #groups to better track friends or colleagues.

                      3. Update your passcode in settings.

                      4. If your race includes activity conversions, we try to keep the playing field level, and conversions are based on effort, ie 1 hour cycling = ~1 hour swimming = ~1 hour tennis. Please log cycling minutes, not miles.

                      5. To delete a log, click its gear on the right.

                      6. Don’t like one type of email? Unsubscribe at the bottom of that email.

                      7. If you post on social media, please include #raceryapp so we can find you!

                      8. We rely on the honor system. You don't have to use a device to prove your miles, a good map or watch suffices.

                      9. Only log intentional exercise please.

                      10. Attribute your exercise to the appropriate day—don't combine workouts from multiple days.

                      11. Only backdate logs for a race up to two weeks in the past.

                      12. Activities submitted after the race ends will not count toward race leaderboards.
